Data Processing Addendum

Scope

This addendum describes MoonPush processing for customer files, metadata, branded download pages, and operational account data when MoonPush is used as a file delivery service.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the files they upload, the recipients they share with, retention choices, AdSense policy compliance, and legal rights to distribute content.

Security

MoonPush uses encrypted storage, access controls, scoped operational logging, and abuse-response processes to protect the service and customer data.
