What We Process

MoonPush processes account details, upload metadata, download activity, and operational logs needed to run file sharing, billing, abuse prevention, and white-label domains.

Files

Files are stored encrypted at rest. Free uploads expire automatically after 30 minutes. Paid plans can create links without a plan-level expiry, subject to account limits and acceptable-use rules.

Service Providers

We use infrastructure, email, authentication, analytics, billing, and storage providers to operate MoonPush. We share only the data needed for those services to work.
