What MoonPush Is

MoonPush is a temporary file sharing service. You upload a file, get a link, and share it with someone. Files are automatically deleted after 30 minutes.

Acceptable Use

You may not use MoonPush to share:

• Malware, viruses, or any malicious software
• Illegal content of any kind
• Content that harasses, threatens, or harms others
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Copyrighted material you do not have the right to distribute
• Personal or private data of others without their consent

Content Scanning and Removal

We reserve the right to scan, review, and remove any content uploaded to MoonPush at any time, for any reason, without notice. Files that are reported multiple times are automatically removed.

Auto-Deletion

All files are automatically and permanently deleted 30 minutes after upload. MoonPush is not a storage service. Do not rely on it to keep your files.

Abuse Reporting

If you encounter abusive content on MoonPush, please report it using the "Report this file" button on the download page, or email us at [email protected].

No Warranty

MoonPush is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that your files will be delivered successfully. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

MoonPush and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of MoonPush after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
